How does personalization work?

At checkout, you add your details — names, date, location, photo or song, depending on the product. We craft your piece exactly to your specifications.

How long does it take?

Every item is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days, then your order ships from the US. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Where do you ship from?

Our items are made and shipped from the USA, so they arrive quickly and gift-ready.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because each piece is custom-made for you, personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect — in which case we'll replace or refund them free of charge. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do the LED pieces light up?

Our acrylic plaques sit on a warm wooden LED base (USB or battery) with multiple color options — a soft glow that brings your keepsake to life.
